Our Plans

Each plan offers various services for the landlord. You (the landlord) pick the EPM plan of management that is best for you. Your plan rate is the only reoccurring monthly fee. Additional management fees only apply if work is performed by Essential Property Management outside of your plan.

For example, if you have our silver plan ($55 a month) and your tenant requires work outside what the silver package gives you (IE: air conditioning repair), you would then pay 10% of your rent for that month. On the other side- If you have the silver plan and no one calls, then you will only pay the plan fee and not pay a percentage. That’s it. No gimmicks or catches. Just property management tailored for you.
